DELAWARE 87ERS INTRODUCE COURTSIDE CLINICS PRESENTED BY OPTIMUM HEALTH GROUP

WILMINGTON, DE – JANUARY 23, 2018 – The Delaware 87ers today announced a multifaceted partnership with Optimum Health Group, which includes the launch of three of courtside youth basketball clinics at Sevens games during the 2017-18 NBA G League season.

Boys and girls ages 8-14 will have three opportunities to work on their basketball skills on an auxiliary court adjacent to the Sevens’ NBA G League matchups against the Canton Charge on Feb. 13 at 7 p.m., the Wisconsin Herd on March 5 at 6:30 p.m. and the Grand Rapids Drive on March 6 at 6:30 p.m. The clinics will begin at tipoff and run through the end of halftime.

Each attendee will receive a free game ticket, NBA G League T-shirt, NBA G League athletic bag, and health and fitness tips courtesy of Optimum Health Group with the $12 admission price per session. Registration can be completed by calling 302-504-7587 or emailing info@sevens.com. The clinics will be led by 87ers Ambassador of Basketball Joe Richmond and staff.

In addition, Optimum Health Group will present at least one local student in need with brand new laptops on each of the clinic dates.

At all home games this season, Optimum Health Group is the presenting partner of the “Hot Shot” in-game promotion, where participants compete for a chance to win a scholarship to the Delaware 87ers’ summer basketball camp. During select games throughout the remainder of the season, Optimum Health Group will conduct health screenings for interested fans.
